Whale drops Talk claim

Ex-Talk Sport presenter James Whale has dropped his legal action over his dismissal from the broadcaster earlier this year. Whale, whose contract was terminated after he urged listeners to vote for Boris Johnson in the London mayoral election, said he did not have the money to pursue the unfair dismissal claim against the UTV-owned* station.
